Cancellations

All events are final sale unless extenuating circumstances are applicable. All requests must be submitted via email. Any and all modifications to bookings are subject to review and cancellation requests may or may not be honoured.

Any cancellation will be processed electronically. The 6% processing fee will not be reimbursed no matter what the time frame.

Catering Cancellations

Cancellation of catering services requires a minimum of one (1) week notice for up to 90% refund and/or business credit. 10% will be kept as a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
