What to send
A clear photo or a scan of the recipe (ingredients + method).
A photo of the finished product (or stage where it went wrong), if available.
A description of the problem you’re experiencing (texture, rise, flavour, timing, appearance, etc.).
Details about your method and equipment: oven type and temperature accuracy, mixing method, scale vs. cups, ingredient brands, altitude, pan type and size, proofing time/conditions, and any substitutions you made.
What we’ll do
Review the recipe and your notes.
Diagnose likely causes of the problem.
Provide step-by-step corrections, troubleshooting tips, and a revised method or ingredient adjustments.
Suggest testing steps so you can confirm fixes.

Standard: reply within 24-48 hours Monday-Saturday
